Amy Enright was born on August 16, 1996. She trains at Rising Star Gymnastics Academy in Minnesota. She will graduate from high school in 2014.

In 2007, Amy competed level eight. She finished first all-around at the Cancun Classic. She placed first on bars at the IGI Chicago Style. At the Northern Lights Classic, she won bars. She finished second all-around at the Rising Stars Invitational. At the State Championships, she won vault, floor and the all-around. Amy finished in the top ten all-around at Regionals. In 2008, Amy finished third all-around at the Chow's Rising Star meet. She won beam at the WOGA Classic. At the Northern Lights Classic, she finished first on bars, beam and the all-around. Amy finished first on vault, beam, floor and the all-around at the State Championships.

Amy moved up to level nine in 2009. She finished first on floor at the Chow's Rising Stars Challenge. She finished third all-around at the IGI Chicago Style. At Regionals, she finished second on floor and sixth all-around. Amy finished in the top fifteen all-around at Westerns. In 2010, Amy placed second all-around at the Rising Stars Invitational. She won bars and the all-around at the Harley Davidson meet. At the State Championships, she won bars, beam and the all-around. Amy won bars, beam, floor and the all-around at Regionals. At Westerns, she placed fourth on bars, third on beam, second on floor and fourth all-around.

Amy began competing level ten in 2011. She finished second all-around at the Winterfest. At the Winter Challenge, she placed second on floor. Amy finished second on bars and floor at the Magical Classic. At the Rising Stars Invitational, she finished second on floor. Amy placed in the top fifteen at both the State and Regional Championships.
