Elizabeth Price was born on May 28, 1996. She trains at Parkettes in Pennsylvania. Elizabeth made the National TOP "A" Team in 2005 and 2006. She will graduate from high school in 2014.
In 2004, Elizabeth competed as a level five. She finished sixth all-around at the Parkette Invitational. She won a silver medal on vault. At the Friendship Classic, she won a bronze medal on bars. Elizabeth also competed at the Katie Baldwin Invitational. She won the all-around title! At Level 5 Sectionals, she finished second all-around. Elizabeth took third all-around at States! She won a silver medal on bars.
She moved up to level six in 2005. She won bars and finished fourth all-around at the Maryland Classic. Elizabeth won the Parkette Invitational all-around title. She finished second at the Katie Baldwin Invitational. At the Level 6 State Championships, she won the all-around crown! Elizabeth also won beam and floor.
Elizabeth began competing as a level seven in 2006. She won bars at the Maryland Classic. At the Parkette Invitational, she finished first on vault, bars and floor. She also won the all-around title! Elizabeth then moved up to level eight. She competed at States. She moved up to level nine in 2007. She finished third all-around at the Brestyan Invitational and Hard Rock Invitational. She won States! At Regionals, she finished tenth all-around. This qualified her for Easterns. At Easterns, she finished in the top twenty all-around. She then qualified for hopes pre-elite. Elizabeth finished third overall at the US Challenge!
She moved up to level ten in 2008. She finished fifth all-around at the Fiesta Bowl Invitaitonal. She won a bronze medal on vault and a silver medal on floor. At the Level 10 State Championships, she finished second on vault and floor. She placed fourth all-around. She won the all-around at Regionals, qualifying for JO Nationals which she did not attend. She also won bars. In May, she qualified to junior internationa elite and the US National Championships at the National Elite Qualifier. A few weeks later she finished 20th all-around at the US Classic. She finished her season at the US National Championships.
She started 2009 by competing at some invitationals. At the Maryland Classic, she won vault. She finished second all-around. Elizabeth won the Parkette Invitational! She won vault, bars and beam as well. At the Fiesta Bowl Invitational, she placed second all-around with first place finishes on vault and floor. At the Gymnix International, she won the all-around title. She also had the highest scores on vault and bars. She finished third on bars and second on beam during event finals. She tied with club teammate Morgan Steigerwalt for the floor title. She finished in the top twenty at the American Classic.
Elizabeth began her 2010 season at the Bieger's National Elite qualifier in Florida, where she finished first in the all-around and first on vault. There, she qualified to the VISA Championships for the second time. At the US Covergirl Classic in Chicago, IL, she placed 15th overall and seventh on vault. At the VISA Championships in Hartford, Ct, she placed 13th in the all-around and earned a spot on the Junior US National Team!
