Emily Stone was born on March 11, 1997. She trains at WOGA. She will graduate from high school in 2015.

In 2007, Emily competed level five. She won vault, bars, floor and the all-around at the Judges Cup. She finished fourth all-around and third on floor at the District Championships. She competed level six in 2008, placing second all-around at the WOGA Classic. Emily competed one level seven meet in 2009. She won beam and floor at the WOGA Classic.

Emily competed level eight in 2010. She finished third all-around at the Metroplex Challenge. She also finished third all-around at the WOGA Classic. Emily placed second all-around at the Pikes Peak Cup. She won the all-around title at the Houston National Invitational. At the State Championships, she placed third on bars and second on beam. She finished second all-around at Regionals. She won uneven bars.
