Jazmyn Estrella was born on May 5, 1998. She trains at Parkettes.

In 2006, Jazmyn competed level four. She won bars and the all-around at the Maryland Classic. She placed second on floor. At the Parkette Invitational, she won a silver medal on bars. She finished fourth all-around at the Katie Baldwin Invitational where she also finished second on beam and third on bars. Jazmyn began competing level five in 2007. She finished second on floor and fourth all-around at the Parkette Invitational. At the Level 5 Sectional meet, she finished first on bars, beam, floor and the all-around. In the fall, Jazmyn competed level six. She swept the gold medals at the Tricks and Treats Invitational. She also made the National TOPs "B" Team.

Jazmyn began competing level seven in 2008. She won beam and the all-around at the Barb Knothe Invitational. She also competed at the National Judges Cup. Jazmyn soon moved up to level eight. She finished second all-around at the Friendship Classic. Jazmyn made her second National TOPs "B" Team later that year. In December, she won vault, bars, floor and the all-around at the Christmas on the Chesapeake meet.

She began competing level nine in 2009. She finished in the top ten at the Brestyan Invitational, Maryland Classic and Fietsa Bowl Invitational. At States, she placed second on bars and in the all-around. She won beam and finished third all-around at Regionals. Her final level nine meet of the season was Easterns. Jazmyn also competed as a hopes elite in 2009. She competed at both the American Challenge and US Challenge. Unfortunately, she hurt herself on vault at the US Challenge. She bounced back by December when Jazmyn won the Christmas on the Chesapeake, her first meet as a level ten!
