Kylie Fagan was born on December 30, 1992. She trained at Oakland Gymnastics until the spring of 2006. She then moved to Michigan Elite Gymnastics Academy (MEGA). She began training at Euro Stars in the fall of 2010. Kylie will graduate from high school in 2011.

In 2005, Kylie competed level eight. She qualified for Regionals. In 2007, she competed level nine. She finished 12th all-around at Easterns. She continued competing level nine in 2008. She finished fourth all-around at the IGI Chicago Style. At Regionals, she finished third all-around and first on beam. At Easterns, she placed fourth all-around, fourth on beam and third on bars. Kylie moved up to level ten in 2009. She won beam and the all-around at the Twistars Invitational. She finished second on bars at the Kurt Thomas Invitational. At the IGI Chicago Style, she placed second all-around. She finished eighth all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed third on bars and fifth all-around. She ended her season at JO Nationals.

Kylie continued competing level ten in 2010. She finished fourth on vault and bars at the Sand Dollar Invitational. At the Circle of Stars meet, she placed second on bars. Kylie finished in the top ten at States and Regionals. She ended her season at JO Nationals.
