Sarah Faller was born on September 1, 1995. She trained at GymCarolina through the 2007 season. She then moved to Sonshine Gymnastics.

In 2003, Sarah competed level ro, winning vault, beam, floor and the all-around at the Judges Cup. She competed novice in 2004. Sarah won beam at the Reach For the Stars Invitational. At the Judges Cup, she won bars, beam, floor and the all-around. She won bars, floor and the all-around at the Omega Invitational. At the State Championships, she won beam, floor and the all-around. In 2005, Sarah competed prep-optional. She won bars, beam, floor and the all-around at the Sweetheart meet and St. Patrick's Day Invitational.

Sarah competed level eight in 2006. She won floor and the all-around at the Atlanta Crown Invitational. She won the all-around title at the State Championships. She also won bars and floor. She placed 12th all-around at Regionals. She began competing level nine in 2007. She won the all-around title at the State Championships. She had a strong finish at Easterns. In 2008, Sarah defended her all-around state title. She also won vault. She competed on bars only at Regionals. Sarah continued competing level nine in 2009. She finished second on vault and fourth all-around at Regionals. At Easterns, she finished third on beam and in the all-around. In 2010, Sarah won bars, floor and the all-around at the Classic Rock Invitational. She won beam and the all-around at the Charleston Cup. At the State Championships, she placed second on vault and third on floor. She won vault, bars and floor at Regionals. At Easterns, she won bars and the all-around! She finished second on vault, beam and floor.

Sarah began competing level ten in 201. She finished first on vault, bars and the all-around at the Sweetheart Invite. She placed second on bars at the State Championships. She finished fifth all-around at Regionals. At JO Nationals, she finished 28th all-around. In 2012, Sarah won bars and the all-around at the Jim Gault Invitational.
