Shealyn Farley was born on July 12, 1994. She trains at Prestige Gymnastics.

In 2003, she competed as a level four. She won the all-around, bars and floor State titles! She moved up to level six in 2004. She won the Parkette Invitational and the Katie Baldwin Invitational! She also went to Ohio for the Buckeye Classic. Shealyn swept the gold medals. At the Level Six Sectional Championships, she finished third all-around. She won vault and floor. At the State Championships, she won the all-around state title! She also won vault and floor. In November of 2004, Shealyn had her first level seven meet. She won every event except for bars. At the 2005 Buckeye Classic, she finished first on everything except for bars again. Shealyn also won the Katie Baldwin Invitational. She finished fourth all-around at the Hark Rock Invitational. Her final meet of the season was the level seven state championships. She won the all-around state title! She also won vault, beam and floor.

She moved up to level eight in 2006. She finished second all-around at the Parkette Invitational. She won the Lady Luck Invite. Shealyn placed third all-around at the Buckeye Classic. She swept the gold medals at the Katie Baldwin Invitational. She then won the Level 8 Sectional Title. At States, she finished took home five gold medals. At Regionals, she won the all-around, vault and beam titles. Shealyn qualified to Hopes Pre-elite in the summer. She finished third at the US Challenge in the Hopes Division. She made the National Elite Training Squad.

Shealyn advanced to level nine in 2007. At the Parkette Invitational, she won vault, floor and the all-around. She won vault, bars, floor and the all-around at the Buckeye Classic. She won vault, floor and the all-around at the Sand Dollar meet. At Regionals, she won vault and finished second on floor. She ended her season with a vault title at Easterns. She placed seventeenth all-around. After not competing in a year and a half, Shealyn came back in November of 2008 to win vault and beam as a level ten at the Black-Eyed Susan meet.

She had a great year as a level ten in 2009. Shealyn won vault, bars and the all-around at the Parkette Invitational. She won vault and the all-around at the San Diego Classic. She won vault, bars and the all-around at the Buckeye Classic. At States, she won vault, floor and the all-around. She placed second on bars. At Regionals, she finished second on vault, beam and in the all-around. Shealyn ended her season at JO Nationals. She finished third on vault and fourth on bars. She placed seventeenth all-around.
