Selynna Felix-Terrazas was born on April 9, 1995. She trained at Gymnastics World Central through February of 2005. She then moved to Tumbleweeds Gymnastics. She moved to Gymnastics World East in March of 2008. Before Regionals in 2010, Selynna returned to Tumbleweeds. She will graduate from high school in 2013.

In 2003, Selynna competed level six. She competed at the State Championships. In 2004, Selyna finished third on bars at the Shamrock Invitational. She moved up to level seven in 2005. She finished third on beam at the California Classic. At the State Championships, she placed in the top ten all-around. Selynna continued competing level seven in 2006. She finished second on bars at the California Classic. At the State Championships, she finished sixth all-around. Selynna moved up to level eight in 2007. She finished third on bars at the California Classic. At the State Championships, she finished fourth all-around. She placed tenth all-around at Regionals.

Selynna continued competing level eight in 2008. She finished first on bars at the Winter Sun Invitational. At the State Championships, she won bars. Selynna finished fourth all-around at Regionals. She moved up to level nine in 2009. She won bars at the Fiesta Bowl Invitational. At the WAOGC Invitational, she placed third all-around. Selynna won all five gold medals at the Kim Bird Invitational. In 2010, she finished first on vault, bars, beam and the all-around at the Winter Sun Invitational. She finished first on vault at the Fiesta Bowl Invitational. At the State Championships, Selynna finished second on vault. She won floor and the all-around at Regionals. At Westerns, she placed first on bars and the all-around! She also finished third on vault and fourth all-around.

Selynna began competing level ten in 2011. She finished second all-around at both the Fiesta Bowl Invitational and Classic Rock Invitational. At the State Championships, she won beam. She placed second all-around. Selynna finished fifth all-around at Regionals. At JO Nationals, she placed fifth on bars. She finished 22nd all-around.
