Rachel Fielitz was born on January 11, 1995. She trained at Gym Kids and Kennett Gymnastics in New York. She switched to Gymnastics Revolution in 2005. Rachel moved to ENA Paramus in the fall of 2009. She will graduate from high school in 2013.
In 2003, Rachel competed as a level five. She won the I Love NY Cup. She won every event except for a second place finish on beam. By the fall of 2003, Rachel was competing as a level six. She finished third all-around at the Pinky Stone Invitational. She was named to the TOPs Diamond National Team. In 2004, she made the National TOPs "B" Team and competed as a level seven. She made the "A" Team in 2005 and the "B" Team in 2006.
Rachel moved up to level eight in 2006. She finished first all-around at the I Love NY Cup. She won the state all-around title. She also won vault, beam and floor at States. Rachel competed at Regionals. She moved up to level nine in 2007. At States, she finished third all-around and first on beam. Rachel continued competing as a level nine in 2008. She finished second all-around at States. She won beam and floor. At Regionals, Rachel finished sixth all-around and second on vault. She qualified for Easterns. She finished second on vault at Easterns and was in the top twenty all-around.
She moved up to level ten in 2009. She struggled with injuries throughout the season. She only competed on three events at the Parketes Invitational. She only did bars at the IGI Chicago Style and Team Challenge. In 2010, Rachel finished fourth all-around at both the Rutgers Color Games and Maryland Classic. She placed third on vault at the Parkette Invitational. Rachel won vault at the IGI Chicago Style. At the State Championships, she placed first on vault and the all-around. Rachel finished second on vault at Regionals. At JO Nationals, she finished 23rd all-around. She won vault! Rachel finished third on vault at the 2011 Parkette Invitational. She placed second on bars at the IGI Chicago Style.
