Kaitlyn Finefrock was born on February 11, 1998. She trained at Geist Academy through the 2007 season. She then moved to Deveau's. Kaitlyn will graduate from high school in 2016.

In 2007, Kaitlyn competed level six. She placed second all-around at the National Judges Cup. She finished fourth on vault and bars at the IGI Chicago Style. She competed level seven in 2008. Kaitlyn placed second on floor at the Bravo Classic. She won beam at the IGI Chicago Style. She moved up to level eight in 2009. She won bars at the Gymnast Jam Invitational. Kaitlyn had strong finishes at both the CGA Coaches Spectacular and IGI Chicago Style. She placed third all-around at the Midwest Open.

Kaitlyn competed level nine in 2010. She finished third on floor at the For Love or Money meet. She won floor at the Circle of the Stars Invitational. At the Manhattan Classic, she placed second all-around. Kaitlyn finished fourth all-around at the State Championships. She placed sixth all-around at Regionals. She competed at the Level 9 Eastern Championships.
