Alicia Floyd was born on February 3, 1994. She trained at West Valley Gymnastics through the 2007 season. She then moved to Bay Aerials for three seasons. She began training at Airborne in the summer of 2010. She will graduate from high school in 2012.

In 2003, Alicia competed level six. She finished third on vault and floor at the Zone Championships. She won floor at the State Championships. She continued competing level six in 2004. She placed second all-around at the Zone Championships. She finished fourth all-around at the State Championships. Alicia immediately began competing level seven in 2005. She finished first on floor at the Golden State Classic. She placed in the top ten at the State Championships.

Alicia moved up to level eight in 2006. She won the all-around title at the Spirit of the Flame Challenge. She placed first on vault at the State Championships. At Regionals, she finished in the top twenty. Alicia continued competing level eight in 2007. She won vault at the Spirit of the Flame Challenge and floor at the Emerald Team Challenge. Alicia placed in the top ten all-around at Regionals.

She began competing level nine in 2008. She won floor and the all-around at the Wine Country Classic. Alicia finished second all-around at the Golden State Classic and third all-around at the Battle in Seattle. She placed fifth all-around at the State Championships. She finished in the top twenty all-around at Regionals. In 2009, Alicia placed second all-around at the Delta Classic. She won vault at the San Diego Classic and Valentine Invitational. She placed third all-around at the State Championships. Alicia did not compete at Regionals.

In 2010, Alicia finished second all-around at the Lady Luck Invitational and San Diego Classic. She won vault, bars and the all-around at the Battle in Seattle. She won bars and the all-around at both the State and Regional Championships. At Westerns, Alicia placed second on vault, beam and the all-around. She moved up to level ten in 2011. She finished fifth all-around at the Lady Luck Invitational. At the Fiesta Bowl Invitational, she placed second on bars. Alicia finished first on floor and third all-around at the Gliders Invitational. She won bars and the all-around at the Spirit of the Flame Challenge. At the State Championships, she finished tenth all-around. Alicia finished ninth all-around at Regionals. At the JO National Invitational Tournament, she placed third on beam and second all-around.
