Tiffany Foy was born on March 5, 1994. She trained at Shooting Stars through the 2008 season. She then moved to Everest Gymnastics. She will graduate from high school in 2012.

In 2002, Tiffany competed level four. She finished fifth at the State Championships. She moved up to level six in 2003. She finished in the top twenty at the State Championships. Tiffany competed level seven in 2005. She won bars at the Salem Invitational. She competed level eight in 2006. She finished third on beam at the Hilton Head Island Invitational and second on bars at the Judges Cup. She finished second on bars at the State Championships. Tiffany competed at Regionals.

Tiffany began competing level nine in 2007. She finished fourth on floor at the State Championships. In 2008, she finished second on beam at the State Championships. Tiffany placed fourth all-around at the Tiger Paw Invitational in 2009. She finished fourth on beam at the State Championships. She placed eleventh all-around at Regionals. Tiffany moved up to level ten in 2010. She finished second at the Tiger Paw Invitational and fourth at the Flip Fest Invitational. She placed in the top ten at the State Championships. Tiffany finished fifth at Regionals. She competed at JO Nationals. In 2011, Tiffany finished second all-around at the Tiger Paw Classic and Excalibur Cup. Tiffany finished first on bars, floor and the all-around at the State Championships. She placed seventh all-around at Regionals. She competed at JO Nationals.
