Brittany Franklin was born on December 21, 1995 to Laura and Tom. She began gymnastics at the age of six at Texas Dreams. She moved to Metroplex in the summer of 2010. She will graduate from high school in 2014.

In 2005, Brittany competed level seven. She finished second on bars, beam, and in the all-around at State. She made the National TOPs Team in the fall. Brittany decided to repeat level seven in 2006. She won the Kurt Thomas Invitational. She took fourth on beam at the State Championships. She moved up to level eight in 2007. She won bars at the WOGA Classic. Brittany competed level nine in 2008. She missed to championship season because of an elbow injury.

Brittany returned in 2009. She finished first at the Texas Prime Meet and WOGA Classic. She won vault, beam, floor and the all-around at the National Gymnastics Challenge and Texas State Championships. At Regionals, she won the all-around title. Brittany ended her season at Westerns, winning bars, floor and the all-around.

She moved up to level ten in 2010. At the CGA Coaches Spectacular, she finished fourth all-around. She won the Texas Prime Meet, WOGA Classic and Kurt Thomas Invitational. At State, Brittany finished third all-around. She placed fifth at Regionals, qualifying for JO Nationals. At JO Nationals, she placed third on vault, seventh on beam and fourth on floor. She finished second all-around, making the JO National Team!
