Lora Leigh Frost was born on February 28, 1993. She trains at Calvin Twisters. She will graduate from high school in 2011.

In 2004, Lora Leigh competed level nine. In 2005, she placed second on vault at the Atlanta Crown Invitational. She finished first on vault and second all-around at the State Championships. Lora Leigh finished tenth all-around at Regionals in 2006. She competed at the Level 9 Eastern Championships. Lora Leigh began competing level ten in 2007. She finished third all-around at the State Championships. She competed at Regionals in 2008.

Lora Leigh continued competing level ten in 2009. She finished eighth all-around at Regionals. Lora Leigh competed at the JO National Invitational Tournament. In 2010, Lora Leigh finished third all-around at the Derby Classic. She placed third on floor at the IGI Chicago Style. At the State Championships, she won vault. Lora Leigh finished second on floor and fourth all-around at Regionals. She competed at JO Nationals. In 2011, Lora Leigh finished second all-around at the Flip Fest Invitational. She finished first on vault, floor and the all-around at the Tiger Paw Classic. She won vault, bars, floor and the all-around at the Buckeye Classic. She placed first on vault at the Derby Classic. She finished second all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed third all-around.
