Brittany Furuyama was born on June 6, 1996. She trained at Champions Gymnastics Academy through the 2009 season. She then trained at WGA Texans for one season before following her coach to Stars. SHe will graduate from high school in 2014.

In 2005, Brittany competed level seven. She placed third on floor and fourth all-around at the Houston National Invitational. Brittany moved up to level eight in 2006. She qualified to Regionals. In 2007, Brittany finished in the top fifteen at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed third on vault and bars. She won floor! Brittany moved up to level nine in 2008. She finished in the top twenty at Regionals. At Westerns, she placed fourth on beam and tenth all-around.

Brittany began competing level ten in 2009. She won beam and floor at the Ricky Deci Invitational. She placed first on beam and third all-around at the Rose City Classic. At the State Championships, she placed third on floor. Brittany won vault at the 2010 San Dollar Invitational. She won bars at the WOGA Classic. At the Buckeye Classic, she won floor. Brittany finished second all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed first on floor. Brittany finished eighth on beam at JO Nationals. She is currently training elite.
