Stephanie Giameo was born on July 1, 1993. She trained at Sunburst through the 2004 season. She then moved to ENA Paramus for the remainder of her club career. She graduated from high school in 2011.
In 2003, Stephanie competed level six. She won the all-around title at the Parkette Invitational. She moved up to level seven in 2004. She finished second on beam at the State Championships. Stephanie competed level eight in 2005. She finished first all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed first on beam and the all-around. Stephanie competed level nine in 1007. She won beam at the Brestyan Invitational. She finished first on bars, beam and the all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she won bars and beam. She placed second all-around. Stephanie won beam at Level 9 Easterns. She began competing level ten in 2008. In 2009, she finished first on beam at the Classic for the Cure meet. She won beam at the IGI Chicago Style. At the Unique Classic, she won beam, floor and the all-around. Stephanie placed third on vault and floor at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed third on beam. Stephanie competed at JO Nationals.
Stephanie continued competing as a level ten in 2010. She finished first on bars at the Rutgers Color Games. She placed second all-around at the Maryland Classic. She won beam at the Parkette Invitational. At the IGI Chicago Style, she won beam, floor and the all-around. Stephanie placed first on beam and second all-around at the State Championships. She competed at Regionals. In 2011, Stephanie won beam and the all-around at the Classic Rock Invitational. She placed first on vault and second all-around at the State Championships. She finished eighth all-around at Regionals. At JO Nationals, she placed sixth on beam and ninth all-around.
