Megan Gray was born on November 5, 1990. She trains at Kurt Thomas Gymnastics.

In 2001, Megan competed as a level six. She placed eleventh all-around at North States. By 2004, she was competing as a level eight. Megan finished third all-around at the Kurt Thomas Invitational. At Regionals, she won vault. Megan continued competing as a level eight in 2005. She won the Cancun Classic. At Regionals, she finished second all-around. Megan also won floor.

She moved up to level nine in 2006. She finished second all-around at the Kurt Thomas Invitational. At States, she won beam. Megan finished fourth all-around at Regionals. She ended her season at Westerns. She moved up to level ten in 2007. Megan competed at Regionals.
