Megan Greenfield was born on October 3, 1994. She trained at Crystal Lake Gymnastics through the 2010 season. She then moved Trinity Academy of Gymnastics. She will graduate from high school in 2013.
In 2003, Megan competed level five. She moved up to level six in 2004. She finished in the top twenty at the State Championships. She competed level seven in 2005. She moved up to level eight in 2006. In 2007, Megan finished third on beam at the Midwest Open. She finished fifth all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she finished tenth all-around. Megan competed level nine in 2008. She finished fourth all-around at the Bravo Classic. She continued competing level nine in 2009. She competed at Regionals.
Megan began competing level ten in 2010. She finished second on beam at the Vegas Cup. At the Midwest Open, she placed second on beam and third all-around. Megan finished third all-around at the Harley Davidson Invite. She finished in the top fifteen at the State Championships. She competed at Regionals. In 2011, Megan finished first all-around at the Tampa Bay Turners Invitational. She finished third all-around at the Harley Davidson Invitational. At the State Championships, she placed in the top ten. Megan finished eleventh all-around at Regionals. At the JO National Invitational Tournament, she placed third on beam and floor.
