Grace Williams was born on March 26, 1996. She trained at AGA until the spring of 2009, when she moved to Gedderts' Twistars. She will graduate from high school in 2014.

In 2006, Grace competed level six. She placed third all-around at the State Championships. She won vault. She competed level nine in 2007. She was the alternate for Easterns. Grace continued competing level nine in 2008. She won the all-around at the Totally Rad Invitational. At the IGI Chicago Style, she won vault, beam, floor and the all-around. Grace also won the Motown Madness meet. At the State Championships, she placed first on vault and fifth all-around. She won beam at Regionals. At Easterns, she won the all-around title! She also placed second on vault and beam.

Grace moved up to level ten in 2009. She finished second all-around at the Twistars Invitational. At the IGI Chicago Style, she placed third all-around. Grace also placed third at the Hard Rock Invitational. She finished second at the Airborne Invitational. She did not compete in the championship season. Grace continued competing level ten in 2010. She swept the gold medals at the Twistars Invitational. She also won the all-around at the San Diego Classic. At the State Championships, she placed third all-around and first on beam. Grace won floor and the all-around at Regionals. She ended her level ten season at JO Nationals, winning bars and the all-around titles! She finished second on vault and floor.
