Reagan Hemry was born on May 27, 1995. She trains at Bart Conner Gymnastics. She will graduate from high school in 2013.

In 2007, Reagan competed level seven. She placed third on floor at the Golden State Friendship Challenge. She competed one level eight meet in 2008, winning bars, beam, and floor at the New Year Invitational. She then moved up to level nine. She finished second all-around at the Friendship Cup. At the State Championships, Reagan won vault, bars, beam, floor and the all-around. She finished first on bars and the all-around at Regionals. At Westerns, she placed tenth all-around.

Reagan began competing level ten in 2009. She finished second on bars and beam at the Spirit of the Flame Challenge. She won bars at the Creole Classic. At Regionals, she finished eleventh all-around. Reagan finished fourth all-around at the 2010 Vegas Cup. She won beam and the all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she finished eighth all-around. She placed in the top ten at the JO National Invitational Tournament. In 2011, Reagan finished fifth all-around at the Classic Rock Invitational.
