Tiffany Henry was born on August 14, 1995. She trained at Tampa Gymnastics and Dance through the 2008 season. She then moved to Tampa Bay Turner's Gymnastics. Tiffany will graduate from high school in 2013.

In 2007, Tiffany competed level eight. She placed third on floor at the Lightning City Classic. She finished in the top ten at the State Championships. At Regionals, Tiffany placed fifth all-around. She moved up to level nine in 2008. She won floor and placed second all-around at the Gasparilla Classic. At Regionals, she placed in the top twenty. Tiffany continued competing level nine in 2009. She won beam and the all-around at the Tampa Bay Turner's Invitational. At the Battle of the Champions meet, she finished third all-around. Tiffany won beam, floor and the all-around at the Daytona Beach Open. At the State Championships, she finished first on beam and second all-around. Tiffany won bars, beam, floor and the all-around at Regionals. At Easterns, she finished third on bars, fourth on beam, fifth on floor and fifth all-around.

Tiffany began competing level ten in 2010. She finished third all-around at the Tampa Bay Turner's Invitational. She placed second at the Daytona Beach Open. Tiffany won the GymQuarters' Invitational. She also won bars and the all-around at the Purple and Gold meet. At the State Championships, she finished second on vault and fifth all-around. Tiffany won beam and the all-around at Regionals. At JO Nationals, she finished fifth on bars, ninth on beam, eighth on floor and twelfth all-around.
