Cailee Hills was born on August 5, 1996. She trains at Southeastern Gymnastics. She will graduate from high school in 2014.

In 2003, Cailee competed level four. She won bars, beam and the all-around at the Turkey Tumble. She finished first on bars, beam and the all-around at the State Championships. Cailee moved up to level five in 2004. She finished first on bars and third all-around at the State Championships. She competed level six in 2005. She won bars, floor and the all-around at the State Championships. In 2006, Cailee finished first on bars, beam and the all-around at the Level 7 State Championships.

Cailee moved up to level eight in 2007. She won beam at the Lady Luck Invitational. She finished second all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she finished in the top ten all-around. Cailee began competing level nine in 2008. She won vault, bars and the all-around at the National Gymnastics Challenge. She won floor at the Buckeye Classic and beam at the Atlanta Crown Invitational. In 2009, Cailee placed first on vault and floor at the Flip Fest Invitational. She won vault and bars at the WOGA Classic. Cailee placed first on vault, beam and the all-around at the Charleston Cup. She won vault and the all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed first all-around. She placed second on vault, third on bars and fifth all-around at Easterns.

She began competing level ten in 2010. She finished third all-around at the Tampa Bay Turners Invitational. She won vault, floor and the all-around at the Sweetheart Invitational. She placed first on vault, bars, floor and the all-around at the Charleston Cup. She finished first on floor and the all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she won vault and the all-around. Cailee finished 28th all-around at JO Nationals.

Cailee began her 2010-2011 season at the Twin City Classic where she finished first on vault and in the all-around. At the Tampa Bay Turners, she earned bronze medals on vault and floor exercise. She then traveled to Texas for the Metroplex Challenge and finished third on vault and seventh on floor exercise. Cailee placed second in the all-around at the Sweetheart Meet and third overall at the Charleston Cup. At the Level 10 State Championships, she placed seventh in the all-around and third on uneven bars. She qualified to her second JO Nationals after placing second on vault, uneven bars and in the all-around at the Level 10 Regionals. At the JO Nationals, she finished 12th in the all-around and seventh on balance beam.
