Bailie Holst was born on December 19, 1995. She trains at Premier Gymnastics of the Rockies. She will graduate from high school in 2014.

In 2007, Bailie competed level seven. She had strong performances at the Hard Rock Invitational and California Classic. She moved up to level eight in 2008. She finished 14th all-around at Regionals. In 2009, Bailie won the all-around title at the Denver Winterfest meet. She finished first on vault and the all-around at the Pikes Peak Cup. She placed first on vault and the all-around at the California Classic. At the State Championships, she placed first on bars and second all-around. Bailie finished in the top ten at Regionals.

Bailie moved up to level nine in 2010. She finished first on vault, bars and the all-around at the Sand Dollar Invitational. She won bars, floor and the all-around at the WOGA Classic. At the State Championships, she placed third all-around, second on bars, and first on vault. She finished fifth all-around at Regionals. At Westerns, she placed third on bars and fourth on floor. She finished eleventh all-around. Bailie moved up to level ten in 2011. She finished third on beam at the Arizona Grand Invitational. She placed second all-around at the Pikes Peak Cup. At the Denver Winterfest, she finished third on beam. She placed second on beam at the Northern Lights Classic. At the State Championships, she finished second on bars and first on vault.
