Meghan Holtswarth was born on May 7, 1997. She trained at Stacey's Gymnastics through the 2007 season. She then moved to Northside Gymnastics Academy for three seasons. She began training at Team Central in the fall of 2010. Meghan will graduate from high school in 2015.
In 2006, Meghan competed level six. She finished tenth all-around at the Fall State Championships. In 2007, she finished in the top twenty at the State Championships. In 2008, Meghan finished first on beam at the State Championships. She moved up to level seven in 2009. She finished tenth all-around at the GymQuarters Invitational. Meghan began competing level eight in 2010. She finished in the top ten at the Meet Me in St. Louis meet. She finished in the top fifteen at the GymQuarters Invitational and St. Louis Classic. Meghan finished in the top fifteen at the State Championships.
Meghan continued competing level eight in 2011. She finished fourth on vault at the Gateway Challenge. Meghan placed first on vault and fifth all-around at the St. Louis Classic. She placed in the top ten at the Nashville Nights meet. At the State Championships, she placed second on beam. Meghan finished fifth all-around at Regionals.
