Sarvan Hooghan was born on February 2, 1998. She trains at WOGA. She will graduate from high school in 2016.

In 2005, Sarvan competed level five. She won beam at the Rising Stars Invitational. She moved up to level six in 2006. She finished tenth all-around at the State Championships. Sarvan won bars at the 2007 WOGA Classic. She competed level seven in 2008. She placed first on beam and in the all-around at the Rose City Classic. At the North State Championships, she placed second on beam and fifth all-around. Sarvan finished third all-around at the State Championships.

Sarvan began competing level eight in 2009. She finished in the top twenty at the State Championships. She competed at Regionals. In 2010, Sarvan won bars at the WOGA Classic and Houston National Invitational. She placed third on bars at the Pikes Peak Cup. She qualified to Regionals for the second year in a row, where she finished fifth on bars.
