Mary Jane Horth was born on February 27, 1995. She trains at Gymnastics World in Ohio. She will graduate from high school in 2013.

In 2002 and 2003, Mary Jane was a member of the National TOPs Diamond Team. Mary Jane made the National TOPs Team in 2004. She competed level nine in 2005. She qualified to Regionals. That fall, she made the National TOPs Team. In 2006, Mary Jane won bars, floor and the all-around at the IGI Chicago Style. She finished first on bars and 20th all-around at Regionals. Mary Jane again made the National TOPs Team. In 2007, Mary Jane won bars at the Level 9 State Championships. She finished second all-around.

Mary Jane competed level ten in 2008. She finished third all-around at the Stars and Stripes Invitational. She finished in the top fifteen at Regionals. In 2009, Mary Jane won bars, floor and the all-around at the Graffiti Invitational. She placed first on bars, beam and the all-around at the Rock-n-Roll Classic. At the Regional Championships, she placed third on floor and ninth all-around. Mary Jane placed second all-around at the JO National Invitational Tournament. In the summer, she competed at the International Children's Games in Athens, Greece. She finished first on bars and the all-around! She also placed second on beam, floor, and with her team.

In 2010, Mary Jane won beam, floor and the all-around at the Buckeye Classic. She finished first on vault, beam, floor and the all-around at the Rock-n-Roll Classic. At the IGI Chicago Style, she finished first all-around. She competed at the Nastia Liukin Cup. At the State Championships, Mary Jane placed first on vault, bars, beam and the all-around. She finished eighth all-around at Regionals. At the JO National Invitational Tournament, she placed second on bars. She won beam and the all-around! In 2011, Mary Jane won all five gold medals at the Circle of Stars meet. She placed first on vault, floor and the all-around at the Rock-n-Roll Classic. She placed first on bars, beam and the all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she won beam and floor. She placed sixth on beam and second on floor at JO Nationals. She finished 21st all-around.
