Jordan Hovey was born on September 11, 1997. She trained at Boerne Gymnastics through the 2009 season. She then moved to Aerial Athletics. Jordan will graduate from high school in 2016.
In 2005, Jordan competed level six. She competed at the South State Championships. She moved up to level seven in 2007. She competed at the WOGA Classic. In 2008, Jordan qualified to the State Championships. She competed level eight in 2009. She finished fourth on vault at the Texas Prime Meet. Jordan placed second on vault at the Alamo Classic. She competed on bars and beam at the State Championships.
Jordan had a strong level eight season in 2010. She finished first on floor and the all-around at the Ricky Deci Invitational. She placed third all-around at the Fiesta Bowl Invitational and fourth all-around at the WOGA Classic. At the Long Beach Open, she finished third all-around. Jordan placed in the top fifteen at the State Championships. She finished seventh all-around at Regionals. Jordan moved up to level nine in 2011. She finished fourth all-around at the Metroplex Challenge. She placed third all-around at the pikes Peak Cup. At the Houston National Invitational, she won the all-around title. Jordan won beam, floor and the all-around at the Alamo Classic. At the State Championships, she placed in the top fifteen all-around. She finished 13th all-around at Regionals.
