Hayli Huiner was born on October 20, 1993. She trained at Naperville Gymnastics through the 2005 season. She then moved to Phenom Gymnastics. Hayli began training at IGI after the 2009 season. She will graduate from high school in 2012.

In 2003, Hayli competed level five. She won bars and the all-around at the State Championships. Hayli moved up to level six in 2004. She won beam at the Bravo Classic. In 2005, Hayli competed level seven. She competed at the State Championships. She moved up to level eight in 2007. She finished first all-around at the For Love or Money meet. She placed second all-around at Regionals. In 2008, she won vault and the all-around at the Bravo Classic. She placed first all-around at the Cupid's Twist. At the Flip'r Invitaitonal, Hayli won all five gold medals.

Hayli competed level nine in 2009. She finished third all-around at Regionals. At Easterns, she finished ninth all-around. Hayli continued competing level nine in 2010. She finished third all-around at the Tampa Bay Turners Invitational. She placed second all-around at the IGI Chicago Style. Hayli moved up to level ten in 2011. She finished third on vault at the Sand Dollar Invitational. She finished fourth on vault at the IGI Chicago Style. She finished in the top ten at the State Championships and top fifteen at Regionals. At the JO National Invitational Tournament, she placed sixth all-around.
