Madison Ianuzzo was born on March 24, 2000. She trains at Cincinnati Gymnastics Academy.

In 2007, Madison made the National TOPs Diamond Team. She competed level five in 2008. She won vault, beam and the all-around at the CGA Coaches Spectacular. At the Luau in Leos, she won vault and floor. She finished first on beam and the all-around at the Queen City Classic. At the State Championships, she won beam and floor. Madison made the National TOPs Diamond Team for the second time. She competed level seven in 2009. She finished second all-around at the Buckeye Classic. She made the National TOPs Team.

Madison began competing level nine in 2010. She finished fourth on floor at the Universal Galaxy meet. She placed in the top ten all-around at the CGA Coaches Spectacular and Buckeye Classic. She competed at the State Championships. She made the National TOPs Team. In 2011, Madison finished fourth all-around at the IGI Chicago Style. She placed third all-around and first on beam at the Buckeye Classic. At the Girl Power Invitational, she won beam and the all-around. She placed fourth all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she finished tenth all-around.
