Isabelle Castillo will graduate from high school in 2013. She trained at Bay Aerials Gymnastics until June 2010. She is now training with California Gymnastics Academy under Neal Gallant and Rod Radunzel.

Isabelle competed as a level five in 2004. At States, she finished second on vault, beam, and floor. She took third on bars and the all-around. She moved up to level 6 in 2005. At the level six States, she finished first on vault, beam, and the all-around. She also placed second on bars and floor. She took the first spot on the Nor Cal State team when she earned the highest AA score of all competitors that weekend.

In 2007, Isabelle moved up to level seven. She was a member of the NorCal State team and competed at the 2007 National Judges Cup held in Indianapolis. There she placed first in the all-around, second on floor, and third on bars. She helped her NorCal team win second place. At States, Isabelle took gold on vault, floor, and the all-around title with her personal best AA score of 38.775. She also took silver on bars and beam. She once again made the NorCal State team.

In 2008, she moved up to level eight. At the Crystal Cup, Isabelle finished second in the all-around. Due to an injury, she was limited to competing on bars only for several invitational meets. At the Wine Country Classic, she took gold on bars. At the Metroplex Challenge, she also took gold on bars with a score of 9.825. She returned to competing in all events at the Battle in Seattle, where she took second in the all-around, first on floor, third on bars, and second on beam. At the State Championships she won gold on bars, floor, and all-around. She also took silver on vault and beam. She made the NorCal State team for the third year in a row. She qualified for Regionals, but was unable to compete due to an ankle injury.

Isabelle moved up to level nine in 2009. At the Spirit of the Flame, she took first on beam and the all-around. She also took second on vault and bars, and third on floor. At the Golden State Classic, she finished first on bars and second in the all-around. At States, she won the all-around and floor titles. She also won silver on vault, bars, and floor. She once again earned a spot on the NorCal State team, for the fourth year. At Regionals, Isabelle won beam and placed second on bars, floor, and the all-around. Her final level nine meet was at Westerns where she finished first in the all-around. She also placed second on bars, beam, and floor. She helped her Region 1 team win second place.

She moved up to level ten in 2010. At States, she placed third on beam and second on floor. She also took second in the all-around. At Regionals, she won the all-around. She also finished with a gold on floor and a silver on bars. She qualified to JO Nationals where she finished with an eleventh place on bars, fourth on beam, and tenth in the all-around. At the 2011 Vegas Cup, Isabelle won vault, bars, beam and the all-around. She placed first on vault, bars and the all-around at the State Championships. She placed second on floor. At Regionals, Isabelle won first on beam, floor and the all-around. She qualified to compete at JO Nationals for the second year in a row. She finished the 2011 season at JO Nationals with a ninth place on vault, seventh on bars, and third on beam. She also took second place in the AA, making her a JO national team member! She helped her Region 1 team take the first place team award.
