Isabelle Lee was born on April 5, 1999. She trained at 360 Gymnastics through the 2010 season. She then moved to 10.0 Gymnastics Academy in Massachusetts. She will graduate from high school in 2017.

In 2007, Isabelle competed level four. She placed second all-around at the Vault Into Vacation meet. She placed first on floor at the State Championships. She moved up to level five in 2008. She finished tenth all-around at the State Championships. Isabelle competed level seven in 2009. She finished in the top ten at the Little Bigger Invitational and Starlight Invitational. Isabelle competed at the State Championships. She moved up to level eight in 2010. She placed second on vault at the Kick Off Classic. She finished fourth on vault at the Cape Cod Classic. She competed at the State Championships.

Isabelle continued competing level eight in 2011. She finished first on bars, floor and the all-around at the Starlight Invitational. She placed third on floor and fourth all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed third on beam and fifth all-around. Isabelle moved up to level nine for the 2011-2012 season. She finished first on beam and second all-around at the Thompsons Holiday Invitational. She placed second all-around at the Candy Cane Classic.
