Kelsey Jewell was born on March 26, 1995. She trains at World Class Gymnastics in New York. She will graduate from high school in 2013.

In 2007, Kelsey competed level seven. She moved up to level eight in 2008. She competed at the Regional Championships. In 2009, Kelsey moved up to level nine. She finished fourth on floor at the Leatherstocking Invitational. She competed at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed fourth on beam. Kelsey continued competing level nine in 2010. She won floor at the Parkette Invitational. At the Classic Rock Invitational, she placed fourth on floor. Kelsey finished first on floor and sixth all-around at Regionals. She competed at Easterns.

Kelsey continued competing level nine in 2011. She finished third on beam and second on floor at the IGI Chicago Style.
