Lianne Josbacher was born on June 20, 1995. She trains at GLC in Massachusetts. She will graduate from high school in 2014.

In 2007, Lianne competed level eight. She won the all-around at a Sectional meet. At the State Championships, she placed sixth all-around and fourth on bars. Lianne competed at Regionals, placing sixth on bars. She moved up to level nine in 2008. She won vault and placed third all-around at the Manahattan Classic. At the State Championships, Lianne finished third all-around. She ended her season at Regionals, placing fourth on vault.

She moved up to level ten in 2009. She won vault at the Brestyan Invitational. Lianne placed second all-around at the Hawaiian Luau. She finished fourth all-around at Regionals. She placed third on bars and second on vault. She ended her season at JO Nationals. Lianne placed fourth all-around at the WOGA Classic in 2010. She finished third on bars at the Starlight Invitational. At the State Championships, Lianne won vault, bars and the all-around. She placed fourth on beam and eighth all-around at Regionals. She competed at the JO National Invitational Tournament. In 2011, Lianna finished first on vault and second all-around at the Lady Luck Invitational. She finished fourth all-around at the Starlight Invitational. At the State Championships, she placed third on vault. Lianna won the all-around title at Regionals. At JO Nationals, she placed fourth on floor and fifteenth all-around.
