Jordan Ratcliff was born on March 19, 1994. Serena trained at Diablo until the summer of 2008. She then followed her coach to Edge Gymnastics. She will graduate from high school in 2012.

In 2002, Jordan competed level five. She won bars and placed third all-around at the State Championships. In 2003, she finished second on floor at the Zone Championships. She placed third on floor and seventh all-around at the State Championships. She moved up to level six in 2004. She won floor and the all-around at the High-Tech Invitational. She placed third all-around at the Zone Championships. At the State Championships, she won floor. Jordan competed level seven in 2006. She represented NorCal at the National Judges Cup where she won floor. At the Golden State Classic, she won vault, bars and the all-around. Jordan won bars, floor and the all-around at the AOGC Invitational. She placed first all-around at the Novato Classic. At the State Championships, she won vault, floor and the all-around.

Jordan competed level eight in 2007. She finished first on vault, bars, beam and the all-around at the Lady Luck Invitational. She won vault, floor and the all-around at the Golden State Classic. At the Spirit of the Flame Challenge, she won vault, floor and the all-around. Jordan won all five gold medals at the Novato Classic. At the State Championships, she won beam and floor. She placed second all-around. She won vault, bars, floor and the all-around at Regionals. Jordan competed level nine in 2008. She finished first on bars, beam, floor and the all-around at the Tachi Palace Invitational. At the Black Tie Invitational, she won beam. She placed first on vault and beam at the Wine Country Classic. At the IGI Chicago Style, she won beam, floor and the all-around. Jordan won beam at the California Classic and vault at the Golden State Classic. At the State Championships, she finished fourth all-around. She placed second all-around at Regionals. She placed tenth on vault and fourth on beam at Westerns. She finished 15th all-around.

She began competing level ten in 2009. She won floor at the Roseville Invitational. At the Winter Invitational, she placed third all-around. She finished second all-around at the Black Tie Invitational. She competed on two events at the State Championships. In 2010, she won bars and the all-around Black Tie Invitational. She finished fourth all-around at the Byers Invitational. At the State Championships, she finished fifth all-around. She placed in the top twenty at Regionals. Jordan finished second all-around at the 2011 Delta Classic. She placed third all-around at the Black Tie Invitational.
