Jade Williams was born on September 10, 1996 in Coronado, California. She began gymnastics at the age of three. She has trained at Parkettes during her competitive career.

In 2004, Jade competed level five. She competed at the State Championships. She moved up to level six in 2005. She finished fifth all-around at the State Championships. She began competing level seven in 2006. At the Parkette Invitational, she won a bronze medal on vault and a gold medal on beam. She ended her season at the State Championships where she finished fourth all-around and fourth on vault. Her final level seven meet was in January of 2007 at the National Judges Cup.

Jade competed level eight during the 2007 season. She finished third on beam at the Maryland Classic and third on bars at the Parkette Invitational. She competed at the State Championships. Jade competed level nine in 2008. She finished second all-around and first on beam at the Parkette Invitational. At the Friendship Classic, she won bars and floor on her way to finishing second all-around. At the State Championships, she finished third on vault. In December, Jade finished third all-around at the Christmas on the Chesapeake meet.

She continued to compete level nine in 2009. At the Maryland Classic, she won beam and finished fourth all-around. Jade finished fourth all-around at the Fiesta Bowl Invitational where she also placed second on beam. At the State Championships, she won floor. Jade repeated this win at Regionals. She finished second all-around at Regionals, qualifying for the Level 9 Eastern Championships. Jade finished 16th all-around.

She began competing level ten in December of 2009 at the Christmas on the Chesapeake meet. In January, she won beam at the Maryland Classic. Jade placed in the top ten at the Parkette Invitational, Fiesta Bowl Invitational and Excalibur Cup. She won a bronze medal on beam at the Pink Invitational. At the State Championships, Jade did not compete on vault. She ended her season at Regionals, placing in the top twenty.
