Victoria Kane was born on November 14, 1991. She trained at Starbound Gymnastics until 2002. She then moved to Will-Moor. She graduated from high school in 2010.
In 2001, Tori competed level seven. She finished second all-around and first on beam at the State Championships. She qualified to National TOPs Testing. She competed level nine in 2003. She finished ninth on beam and 19th all-around at Easterns. She also competed at both the American Challenge and US Challenge in the tops elite division. Tori continued competing level nine in 2004. She finished sixth on vault and fifth on beam at Easterns. She moved up to level ten in 2005.
Tori continued competing level ten in 2007. She finished tenth all-around at the State Championships. In 2008, Tori finished in the top ten at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed eleventh all-around. Tori competed at several invitationals in 2009 including the Classic for the Cure and Northeast Invitational. At the USAIGC National Championships, she won floor and placed third on beam. In 2010, Tori finished second on vault at the Robin Cone Memorial and second on floor at the Maryland Classic. She won floor and placed third on vault at the State Championships. She did not compete in the all-around at Regionals.
