Madeline Karr was born on October 17, 1997. She trained at Rising Stars Gymnastics through the 2010 season. She then moved to Twin City Twisters. Madeline will graduate from high school in 2016.
In 2006, Madeline competed level six. She qualified to the State Championships. She immediately began competing level seven in 2007. Madeline finished second on vault and beam at the State Championships. She moved up to level eight in 2008. She finished in the top ten at the Chow's Rising Stars Invitational and WOGA Classic. At the Northern Lights Invitational, she won balance beam in finals! At the State Championships, she finished third all-around. Madeline finished fourth on floor at Regionals.
Madeline began competing level nine in 2009. She finished third on vault at the Chow's Rising Stars Invitational. She won bars and the all-around at the Northern Lights Invitational. Madeline also won the all-around at the IGI Chicago Style. At Regionals, she placed second all-around. Madeline finished in the top ten at Westerns. In 2010, Madeline won the all-around title at the Wisconsin Dells Vacation Classic. She won floor and the all-around at the Rising Stars Invitational. At the State Championships, she placed first on floor and third all-around. Madeline won vault and finished third all-around at Regionals. At Westerns, she placed sixth on floor!
She moved up to level ten in 2011. She finished third all-around at the Gopher Invite. Madeline also placed third all-around at the Sand Dollar Invitational, IGI Chicago Style and Northern Lights Classic. She finished second all-around at the Rising Stars Invitational. Madeline finished second on bars at the State Championships. At Regionals, she won bars and finished seventh all-around. Madeline finished eighth on bars at JO Nationals. She finished 13th all-around.
