Alyssa Kaschak was born on February 15, 1994. She trained at WOGA through the 2003 season. She then moved to Eagle's Wing Athletics. Alyssa moved to Metroplex after the 2006 season. She will graduate from high school in 2012.
In 2001, Alyssa competed level four. She competed at the District championships. She moved up to level five in 2002. She qualified to the State Championships. Alyssa continued competing level five in 2003. She finished tenth at the District Championships. In 2005, Alyssa competed level seven. She won beam at the State Championships. She finished second on bars. She moved up to level eight in 2006. She finished third on beam at the Kurt Thomas Invitational. Alyssa continued competing level eight in 2007. She won floor at the California Classic. At the State Championships, she finished second all-around. She won beam and placed fourth all-around at Regionals.
Alyssa began competing level nine in 2008. She finished second on beam at the Metroplex Challenge. She placed in the top fifteen at Regionals. She ended her season at Westerns. In 2009, Alyssa finished third all-around at the Rose City Classic. She won beam and finished fifth all-around at Regionals. She ended her season at Westerns. Alyssa moved up to level ten. Unfortunately, an injury limited her to bars for most of the season. She competed in the all-around at Regionals. In 2011, Alyssa finished second on bars at the IGI Chicago Style and WOGA Classic. She won the all-around title at the Alamo Classic. Alyssa finished third on bars and in the top ten all-around at the State Championships. She finished in the top ten at Regionals. At the JO National Invitational Tournament, she placed fifth on beam and ninth all-around.
