Sarah Kenneson was born on June 16, 1996. She trained at SCEGA until 2008. She then moved to Gym-Max Gymnastics. Sarah began training at WOGA in the summer of 2009. She will graduate from high school in 2014.

In the fall of 2005, Sarah competed level four. She won the all-around title at the Judges Cup. She finished first on bars at the 3rd Prelim. At the South Sectional, she won vault. Sarah won beam at the State Championships. She finished third all-around. Sarah moved up to level five in 2007. She finished second all-around at both the 1st Prelim and 2nd Prelim. She placed first on beam at the 3rd Prelim. At the State Championships, she placed first on floor and second all-around.

Sarah competed level six in the fall of 2008. She finished first on vault and floor at the Judges Cup. She won the all-around title at the Olympic Dream Classic. At the State Championships, she won vault and floor. Sarah immediately began competing level seven in 2009. She finished first on floor at the Long Beach Open. Sarah won beam at the State Championships. In 2010, Sarah finished first on vault, bars and the all-around at the Houston National Invitational as a level eight. She finished tenth all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she won the all-around title! She placed second on bars and beam.

Sarah moved up to level nine in 2011. She finished third on vault and floor at the IGI Chicago Style. At the WOGA Classic, she won vault. Sarah finished fourth on bars at the Rose City Classic.
