Katelynne Hall was born on September 22, 1999. She began gymnastics at Perrysburg Gymnastics but later moved to Exceleration. Katelynne moved to Sunrise in the fall of 2008. Katelynne began training at TOPS Gymnastics in the fall of 2010. She moved to Oakland Gymnastics in Michigan after the 2011 season. She will graduate from high school in 2017.

In 2007, Katelynne won the uneven bars title at the State Championships. She competed level six in 2008. She finished third on vault at the Luau in Leos Invitational. At the State Championships, she won the all-around title. Katelynne began competing level seven in the fall, placing second all-around at the High Energy Invitational. She competed one level seven meet in 2009, finishing second on beam at the Sunrise Open. She then moved up to level eight, qualifying for Regionals.

Katelynne began competing level nine in 2010. She finished third on vault at the Circle of the Stars and Arnold Gymnastics Challenge. At the State Championships, she finished fifth all-around. Katelynne finished just outside the top ten at Regionals. In 2011, Katelynne won bars at the Rock-n-Roll Classic. She placed third all-around at the Presidential Classic. In 2012, Katelynn won vault and bars at the Circle of Stars meet. She won floor at the Presidential Classic. She placed first on vault, bars, beam and the all-around at hte Luau in Leos Invitational. At the State Championships, she placed first on vault and second all-around. Katelynne won vault, floor and the all-around at Regionals. At Easterns, she placed third on beam, fourth on floor and fifth all-around. She won bars!
