Kalli Locklear was born on March 18, 1995. She trained at Euro Stars until the summer of 2007. She then moved to Michigan Elite Gymnastics Academy (MEGA). She returned to Euro Stars in the fall of 2010. Kalli will graduate in 2013.

In 2005, Kalli competed level five. She won bars and the all-around at the State Championships. She moved up to level six in 2006. She won vault, beam, floor and the all-around at the IGI Chicago Style. At the State Championships, she placed third all-around. Kalli competed level seven in 2007. She won vault, bars, floor and the all-around at the State Championships.

Kalli competed level eight in the first half of 2009. She won bars, beam and the all-around at the Twistars Invitational. She finished third all-around at the IGI Chicago Style. She won the all-around at the Motown Madness meet. Kalli then moved up to level nine, winning beam at the Motown Madness meet. At the State Championships, she finished 11th all-around. At Regionals, she finished second on bars, beam and the all-around. She ended her season by winning a silver medal on beam at Easterns.

Kalli continued competing level nine in 2010. She won bars and beam at the IGI Chicago Style. She did not compete in the championship season.
