Konner McLaughlin was born on July 19, 1996. She trained at Zenith Elite Gymnastics until June of 2010 when she moved to Gymnastics Sports Center Sherman. Konner will graduate frpm high school in 2014.

In 2006, Konner competed level six. She finished in the top ten at the State Championships. She moved up to level seven in 2007. She placed second all-around at the California Classic. She won beam. She finished first on beam and floor at the State Championships. She placed third all-around. Konner competed level eight in 2009. She finished second on floor at the Texas Prime meet. She placed third all-around at the WOGA Classic. Konner won a bronze medal on vault at the Rose City Classic. She had a strong finish at the State Championships. At Regionals, Konner finished 15th all-around. She placed in the top ten on floor.

Konner competed level nine in 2010. She competed on beam and floor only at the Metroplex Challenge, Statewide Qualifier and Kurt Thomas Invitational.
