Kaitlyn Knuth was born on February 21, 1996. She trained at G.T. through the 2007 season. She then moved to Team Central. She will graduate from high school in 2014.

In 2007, Kadi competed level five. She finished eleventh all-around at the State Championships. In 2008, she finished first on bars, beam and the all-around at the State Championships. Kadi moved up to level six in 2009. She placed third all-around at the Gateway Challenge. At the Spring Tune Up Invitational, she won bars, beam, and the all-around. Kadi competed level seven in 2010. She won bars at both the Crossroads Classic and Sand Dollar Invitational. Kadi placed first on beam and second all-around at the Gateway Challenge. At the IGI chicago Style, she placed third all-around. Kadi won bars and placed second all-around at the St. Louis Classic. At the State Championships, she placed first on bars and second all-around.

Kadi competed level eight in 2011. She finished fourth all-around at the Gateway Challenge. She won bars. At the IGI Chicago Style, she placed second on bars and fifth all-around. Kadi placed second on beam at the St. Louis Classic. At the Nashville Nights meet, she won bars and beam. She finished second on bars at the State Championships. She competed at Regionals.
