Julia Konner was born on October 10, 1995. She trained at Marvateens from 2003 to 2008. She began training at Apollo in the fall of 2008. She will graduate from high school in 2013.
In 2003, Julia competed level five. She moved up to level six in 2004. She finished third on vault and bars at the State Championships. In 2006, Julia placed second on bars at the State Championships. Julia competed level eight in 2007. She finished first on floor and third all-around at the State Championships. In 2008, she won vault at the State Championships. She placed third all-around at Regionals. Julia moved up to level nine in 2009. She finished first on beam, floor and the all-around at the Rock N Roll Invitational. She finished in the top ten at the State Championships. At Regionals, she finished seventh all-around, earning the alternate spot for Easterns.
Julia continued competing level nine in 2010. She finished second all-around at the Magical Classic. She won vault, bars, floor and the all-around at the Rock N Roll Invitational. At the Charleston Cup, she placed second all-around. She finished third all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she won vault and beam. She finished second all-around. She placed third on vault, second on beam, fourth on floor and fourth all-around at Easterns. In 2011, Julia finished third all-around at the Star Struck Invitational. She won floor and the all-around at the Excalibur Cup. Julia placed first on vault at the Rock N Roll Invitational. She placed second all-around at the Derby Classic. At the State Championships, she won vault. She placed second all-around. Julia won vault and the all-around at Regionals. At Easterns, she placed second on vault and beam. She won the all-around title!
