Kirah Koshinski was born on March 6, 1997. Her sister Amber was also a gymnast. Kirah trained at Northeast through the 2008 season. She then moved to Bloomsburg Sportsplex until the spring of 2010. She then moved to Gym Starz. Kirah returned to Northeast in December of 2011. She will graduate from high school in 2015.
In December of 2003, Kirah competed level four. She moved up to level five for the 2005 season. She won vault at the State Championships. Kirah competed level six in 2006. She placed in the top twenty at the State Championships. She moved up to level seven for the 2007 season. She placed in the top twenty at the State Championships. Kirah competed level eight in 2008. She finished fourth on vault and eighth all-around at the State Championships. She moved up to level nine for the 2009 season. Kirah finished first on vault, bars and the all-around at the Parkette Invitational. She won all five gold medals at the Hug and Kiss meet. At the State Championships, she placed first on vault and third all-around. Kirah won vault and bars at Regionals. She finished second all-around. At Easterns, she placed second on vault.
Kirah continued competing level nine in 2010. She won bars at the Hug and Kiss meet. She placed first on vault, bars and the all-around at the Red Rose Invitational. She finished first on vault, bars and the all-around at the Pink Invitational. She finished fifth all-around at the State Championships. Kirah placed third all-around at Regionals. She finished sixth on vault at Easterns. Kirah began competing level ten during the 2010-2011 season. She won all five gold medals at the Christmas on the Chesapeake meet. At the Mardi Gras Invitational, she placed second on vault. She finished in the top twenty at Regionals.
