Paige Krall was born on May 30, 1992. She trained at Crescenta Valley Gymnastics in California through the fall 2000 season. She then moved to SCATS Diamond Bar. Paige trained at Capital Gymnastics from 2004 to 2008. She then moved to Apollo. She graduated from high school in 2010.

In 2000, Paige competed level five. She finished second on beam at the State Championships. She continued competing level five in 2001. She won beam at the State Championships. She placed fourth all-around. She moved up to level six for the fall of 2002 season. She won beam and placed third all-around at the State Championships. In 2004, Paige competed level seven. She won bars, beam, floor and the all-around at the State Championships. She moved up to level eight in 2005. She won bars, beam, floor and the all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she won beam and the all-around. Paige competed level nine in 2006. She won floor at the State Championships. At Regionals, she finished sixth all-around and second on beam. Paige won bars, beam and the all-around at the 2007 Surf City Classic. She finished first on floor and in the all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed second on floor and fifth all-around. Paige finished fourth on floor and 16th all-around at Easterns.

Paige began competing level ten in 2008. She won bars at the State Championships. At Regionals, she finished 15th all-around. In 2009, Paige won bars at the Rock N Roll Invitational. She won vault, bars and the all-around at the Frederick Classic. Paige finished fourth all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed second on beam. She competed at JO Nationals. In 2010, Paige finished third all-around at the Maryland Classic. She won the all-around title at the State Championships. At Regionals, she finished third on vault. Paige competed at her second JO National Championships.

As a freshman at Kentucky, Paige competed on beam four times.
