Miranda Kuehl was born on August 19, 1995. She trained at Cardinal Gymnastics through the 2006 season. She then spent two years at Triad before returning to Cardinal before the 2009 season. Miranda began training at Success Gymnastics for the 2010 season. She will graduate from high school in 2013.
In 2005, Miranda competed level seven. She won vault, beam and the all-around at the Northern Lights Invitational. She competed level nine in 2006. She finished third on beam at the IGI Chicago Style and fourth on beam at Regionals. In 2007, she won beam and the all-around at Regionals. She finished 22nd all-around at Westerns. Miranda began competing level ten in 2008. She finished fourth on vault and beam at Regionals. She competed at JO Nationals.
She continued competing level ten in 2009. She won the all-around at the Chow's Rising Stars Invitational. She won beam and floor at the Pink Ribbon Invitational. She finished fifth at Regionals. She improved her standing at JO Nationals to 34th all-around. In 2010, Miranda finished second all-around at both the Sand Dolalr Invitational and Chow's Rising Stars Invitational. She won floor at the IGI Chicago Style. Miranda placed third at the Northern Lights Invitational. She won all five gold medals at the State Championships. At Regionals, she finished sixth. Miranda finished 21st all-around at JO Nationals.
In 2011, Miranda finished third all-around at the Lady Luck Invitational. She won bars at the IGI Chicago Style. At Regionals, she finished second on beam. Miranda competed at JO Nationals. In 2012, Miranda finished fourth all-around at the Chow's Winter Classic. She finished second on bars and beam at the Harley Davidson meet. At the Northern Lights Classic, she finished first on beam and second all-around. Miranda won beam and the all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed first on bars and beam. She finished second all-around.
