Kelsye Kurtiak was born on October 22, 1999. She trains at AGA Gymnastics in Michigan. Paige will graduate from high school in 2017.

In 2007, Kelsye competed level four. She moved up to level five in 2008. She won vault and floor at the Twistars Invitational. At the IGI Chicago Style, she won floor. She finished third all-around at the Motown Madness meet. At the State Championships, she placed first on floor. Kelsye moved up to level seven in 2009. She finished fifth all-around at the Twistars Invitational and fourth all-around at the Hilton Head Island Invitational. At the IGI Chicago Style, she won beam. Kelsye won bars, beam, floor and the all-around at the All American Invitational. At the Motown Madness meet, she won floor. She placed first all-around at the Wildfire Challenge. At the State Championships, Kelsye finished first on vault, beam and the all-around.

Kelsye began competing level nine in 2010. She finished first on beam at the CGA Coaches Spectacular and Luau in Leos. At the Circle of Stars meet, she placed second all-around. Kelsye finished seventh all-around at the State Championships. At Regionals, she placed second on beam and fifth all-around. In 2011, Kelsye finished first on bars and beam at the Luau in Leos meet. She won beam and the all-around at the Arizona Grand Invitational. At the Cereal City Classic, she won beam. She won vault at the Motown Madness meet. At the State Championships, she placed second on beam. Kelsye won vault, beam and the all-around at Regionals. At Easterns, she placed sixth on vault and bars, fourth on beam, and first on floor and the all-around!
