Annie Labrie was born on September 30, 1994. She trained at Champion Gymnastics USA until midway through the 2007 season. She moved to Gedderts' Twistars. She moved to R-Athletics in the fall of 2011. She will graduate from high school in 2012.

In the fall of 2003, Annie competed level five. She continued competing level five in the spring of 2004. She moved up to level six in 2005. Annie won beam and the all-around at the Bravo Classic. Annie competed level seven in 2006. She won beam at the Bravo Classic. At the IGI Chicago Style, she finished fourth all-around. Annie placed second on beam at the State Championships. She competed level eight in 2007. She finished third on beam and floor at the National Judges Cup and second on floor at the Tulip City Invitational. With her new gym, she finished third on beam at the Motown Madness meet. She qualified to Regionals.

Annie started the 2008 season as a level eight. She won bars, beam, floor and the all-around at the For Love or Money meet. She then moved up to level nine. She finished first on bars at the State Championships. She also won bars at Regionals. At Easterns, Annie placed first on bars and eighth all-around. She continued competing level nine in 2009. She finished first on beam at the IGI Chicago Style and first on bars at the Hard Rock Invitational. Annie placed first on bars and third all-around at the Arena Classic. At the State Championships, she won bars. Annie won bars and finished fourth all-around at Regionals. She ended her season by defending her uneven bars title at Easterns.

In 2010, Annie won bars at the Twistars Invitational. She won bars and beam at the San Diego Classic. She also finished first on bars at both the For Love or Money meet and Byers Invitational. She won bars and floor at the State Championships. At Regionals, Annie placed first on bars, second on beam and third all-around. She won bars at Easterns where she also placed fifth on beam and in the all-around. Annie began competing level ten in 2011. She finished in the top ten at the Tampa Bay Turners Invitational and UGA Classic. At the State Championships, she finished eleventh all-around. Annie competed at Regionals.
