Elena Lagoski was born on June 23, 1995. She trains at Northeast Gymnastics Academy. She will graduate from high school in 2013.

Elena competed level five during the 2003-2004 season. She won vault at the Greater New York Invite. She won vault and bars at the 2005 Level 6 State Championships. She finished second all-around. She competed level seven in 2006 and level eight in 2007. Elena began competing level nine in 2008. She finished third on vault and floor at the State Championships. She competed at Easterns where she placed fifth on beam. She finished 18th all-around.

In 2009, Elena began competing level ten. She finished third all-around at the Maryland Classic. She won vault at the State Championships. She competed at Regionals. In 2010, she finished second on floor at the Twistars Invitational. She placed second on floor at the Pink Invitational. She finished eleventh all-around at the State Championships. She finished in the top fifteen at Regionals. Elena finished fourth on vault and floor at the 2011 Maryland Classic. She won floor at the Katie Baldwin Invitational. She placed second on vault at the Pink Invitational. She finished second on floor and fourth all-around at the State Championships. Elena finished fourth all-around at Regionals. She competed at JO Nationals.
